Registration Fees

	Early registration before June 2, 2009	Late/on-site registration on and after June 2, 2009
IEEE Member	US$440 or RMB3000	US$550 or RMB3750
Non-IEEE Member	US$550 or RMB3750	US$660 or RMB4500
Student	US$220 or RMB1500	US$330 or RMB2250

Early registration deadline: June 2, 2009.

At least one author of each accepted paper (full or short paper) must register at the full rate (US$440 or RMB3000 for IEEE members, US$550 or RMB3750 for non-IEEE members) before June 2, 2009 in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings. The student discount cannot be applied to meet the registration requirement for accepted papers.
Authors with multiple papers appearing in the proceedings must pay an additional publication fee (US$350 or RMB2500 per paper) for the second and subsequent papers. This fee covers the cost of including the additional papers in the proceedings.
