The 2009 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Architecture, and Storage (NAS 2009) will serve as an international forum to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to discuss cutting edge research on networking (wired and wireless), high-performance computer architecture, and parallel and distributed data storage technologies.
There will be 3 keynote speakers for the conference, who are (1) Professor Kai Hwang, Ph.D; (2) Professor Ethan Miller, Ph.D; (3) Professor Lionel M. Ni, Ph.D. You are cordially invited to attend the conference.

We have a group discount room rate for all authors and participants for NAS 09 (available until July 1, 2009, after this date, subject to availability): during July.8-11, 2009. Please visit our conference website for more information and the “Hotel” in particular(http://www.eece.maine.edu/nas/hotel.php ). Please download “NAS 2009 Hotel Reservation Form” and getback to us at your earliest convenience: mingchelai@gmail.com . The deadline for you to submit the form is July 1, 2009.

(1) Hotel Information
1. Recommended Hotels

NAS 09 will be held at Zhangjiajie YiChen Huatian Hotel. All authors and participants are strongly recommended to stay in this hotel. This hotel is located standing by the Lishui river side and opposite to the Tianmen Mountain.
2. Notices
If you do not make any reservation before the deadline, you may not be able to use the special hotel fees when you arrive at the hotel. In the worst case, you could not live at the conference hotel if already fully booked.
(2) Conference Proceedings and Receipt of the Registration Fee
Please get the conference proceedings and the receipt of the registration fee at the conference venue. We do not provide mailing service before and after the conference.
(3) Conference Activity
We arrange a Tujia Folk Custom show for NAS’09 attendee at 19:30~21:00, July 10, in Zhangjiajie Dayong Town (http://www.dayongfucheng.com/en/ ).

Day 1: Visit ZhangJiaJjie National Forest Park --- [Yellow Stone Stockade]
Including the spots: Five-fingers Peak, Monkey Mustering Officers, The Piers of a Ruined Heavenly Bridge, Star-plucking Terrace, Pavilion of Six Strange. [The Golden Whip Stream]---The most beautiful valley in the world, Following the stream you will visit the Golden Whip Rock ,The Condor Guarding the whip and the places of tourist attraction [ Long Gallery]--- where you may feast your eyes on a charming scenery of the Old Man Plucking Herbs, Ten-fingers peak and so on. Night: Suoxiyu
Day 2: Visit the [Nature Reserve of Mt. Tianzi]---acclaimed as “the Gem of Forests and Peaks”. You can feast your eyes on the beautiful view of “the Peak of the Royal Writing Brush”,“The Fairy Scattering Flower” and the “He Long Park”. The last stop [Yellow Dragon Cave] --- Underground Magic World. In the caves you'll see splendid stalactites, stalagmites, stone curtains and flowers.
