Please use the following registration form (MS-WORD) throughout the registration process.
Registration for Authors
- At least one author of each accepted paper (full or short paper) must register at the full rate (US$440 for IEEE members, US$550 for non-IEEE members). Payment must be received by May 28, 2010 in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings. The student discount rate cannot be applied to meet the registration requirement for accepted papers.
- Authors with multiple papers appearing in the proceedings must pay an additional publication fee of US$350 per paper for the second and subsequent papers. This fee covers the cost of including the additional papers in the proceedings.
- Payment can only be made by either Credit Card or International Bank Check. Only US Dollar is accepted. To pay by Credit Card, please fill out the registration form and fax the form to:

Registration for non-Authors
- Your registration will allow you to attend all conference technical sessions, keynote sessions, the reception, and the banquet. Coffee breaks also are included. With each registration you will receive a copy of the conference proceedings.
- If you pay the registration fee before May 28, 2010, early registration fee applies (US$440 for IEEE members, US$550 for non-IEEE members, US$220 for students); otherwise, late registration fee applies (US$530 for IEEE members, US$690 for non-IEEE members, US$250 for students).
- Payment can only be made by either Credit Card or International Bank Check. Only US Dollar is accepted. Please follow the instructions specified in the section of Registration for Authors.
