Submission Guildlines
NAS 2011 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work. All papers submitted to this conference will be peer-reviewed in a single-blind manner and accepted on the basis of their scientific merit and relevance to the conference topics. All accepted papers will appear in the proceedings and they will be included in the IEEE digital library and indexed by EI.
Please submit your papers through https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/NAS2011 for NAS 2011.
Important Note:
- Each paper must be prepared in the IEEE camera-ready format. Formatting instructions and LaTeX macros are available for: LaTeX and Word files.
- Each paper submitted is limited to 10 pages. Only submissions in PDF format are accepted and the acceptable file size is limited to 10MB.

Special Provision for Delayed Submission from Japan:
The recent disaster happened in Japan shocked us deeply. We feel sorrow for the devastating impact on many people. Consider NAS 2011 will be hold in China, the neighborhood country of Japan, we'd like to make a special submission provision for those affected by the disruption.
If you are in the situation and have a plan to submitt papers, please contact us through NAS2011submission@gmail.com prior to April 15, 2011. We will negotiate with you about the submission schedule to allow you meet our internal deadlines.
